After you done face verification, you will go to step 3 mint your SBT. When I tried it said error, then I receive and email that the face verification that said that my unique face verification was confirmed. Then I tried again and was able to mint the SBT. Can you add a confirmation msg before Minting the SBT to ask the person to check whether or not they received a confirmation email from fractal about their unique face verification was approved first. Then once they receive the email, then mint the SBT. This extra step can help lessen the people that tried to mint but failed then straight jumped into the technical wg to ask for a bug fix when all they needed to do was wait for a bit.
